Staff interactions were hit or miss—some friendly, others less so. An adult-only pool area would be a welcome addition.

I was blown away by the kids' splash area featuring three large water slides and a dedicated pool! My family loved the daily entertainment activities, especially the water polo that kept us active and engaged. Dining was a treat. the Asian restaurant offered a delightful change with flavors that danced on our taste buds!

i had a fantastic family trip in armacao de pera, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. the kids club was a big hit for my children, which they rarely want to attend anywhere else. also, the variety of food was delightful, and i definitely overindulged during our stay.

The entertainment scene lacks substance. some events feel more like school plays than actual shows, making it hard to enjoy a night out. the pool areas can become overcrowded, leading to long waits for drinks, particularly when bar service seems understaffed during peak times.
